New West Machine Tool Corporation
Founded in 1981. From our humble beginning, we have become Utah’s number one
provider of new, used, and CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) machine tools.
We believe our success can be attributed to five simple yet important factors:
Products
Because we have over 35 years of
machine tool sales experience, we have had the opportunity to "cherry
pick" the very best machine tool lines in the world. Many of these
manufacturers have sought us out, wishing to align themselves with the exemplary
representative in the intermountain region.
Service
At New West, we pay more
than lip service to the statement "local service". Unlike most machine
tool dealers in Utah and Idaho, we have a full time service staff who has been
factory trained and authorized. We spend thousands of dollars annually in the
training and re-certification of our service personnel. Our commitment is to
respond to a "down" machine within 24 hours of the initial call.
Support
New West
is exclusive in
providing full time application and training support to our customers. We stand
at the ready to assist in time studies, programming, machine selection and shop
formation. New West furnishes local training for most all of the products that
we sell.
Relationships
Most important to us are the
partnerships we have developed with our customers over the years. New West is
a Utah Corporation, with it’s roots deeply driven into the Utah and
Idaho
lifestyle. We like to say that New West patrons are our best salesmen because a
majority of our new business comes from referrals. More than just a business
deal, we consider each transaction an opportunity to forge new alliances that
provide for a mutual long term success.
Consistency
Though New West has only
been around since 1981, we have represented some of our products for longer than
30 years. We started Mori Seiki in 1964,
Shizuoka in 1969, Acu-Rite in 1971,
Sodick in 1979. Customers who purchase a machine from us do so with the
confidence that they will be able to count on us far into the future for
service and support on that product. When we take on a product line, it is never
for the short term payback.
